July 7. Interview with mr. K.

Randay-voo: An Interview with Mr. K. Mr. K is an experimental philosopher who juggles with his concepts as if they were colorful balls.
“Welcome to our studio, Mr. K.”
-“You’re welcome in your studio too.”
“Why? Should I not be?”
-“Am I saying that?”
“Shit. This is going to be tough. Dear listeners, our guest today is mr. K, philosopher. Please welcome him.”
-“Thank you.”
“So, Mr. K, we invited you because you have a very interesting philosophy.”
-“Is that so? Do you use a dot in the transcription?”
“I beg you pardon?”
-“A dot. Do you write Mr. K [dot] or just Mr. K?”
“I don’t know. I have to ask the people making those transcriptions.”
-“I can wait.”
“Dear listeners, I apologize for the inconvenience. We’ll be back after the music.”
They play Pachelbel. Please, don’t play Pachelbel. But it’s too late.
“Welcome back. Mr. K, the transcription is without a dot.”
-“Then I can go home as well.” (attends to get up)
“This is not over. We’ll give you the dot.”
-“Promise?”
“Promise.”
-“Now what are you so curious about?”
“You just published this book about your life’s philosophy. Tell us about it.”
-“Actually, my publisher did. I just wrote it.”
“Okay, okay, granted. Tell us about it.”
-“It is very simple one express the pain of being through language two relieve the pain of being through action.”
“Continue….”
-“I’m done.”
“You are… done?”
-“Yes. that’s it. one express the pain of being through language two relieve the pain of being through action.”
“Please elaborate, I implore you.”
-“There is a stain on your tie.”
“Ssst. The listeners wont’s see it.”
-“No, it’s huge. And it smells.”
“O come on, please. Can’t you just elaborate on your book?”
-“I write stories, plays, scripts, novels, poems to express the pain of being. And I travel to the poorest part of the world to relieve the pain of being as much as I can. What is so difficult to understand about that? Huh?”
“Perhaps because it is unusual. And you don’t mention the joy of being. That is very hard for our audience.”
-“Yeah. That’s a tough one. People get scared when you forget to mention the joy of being. They don’t see that it’s just another part of the story. They don’t have that confidence. They want the joy of being being being being being being being being”
“Yes…?”
-“Pardon me. The needle got stuck.”
“Continue…”
-“They want the joy of being being mentioned all the time. Well, that’s not really my job.”
Mr. K sips from his water and then cracks his fingers.
-“So, I said something about writing about the pain of being?”
“Yes you did.”
-“Pffrrt!”
“Why the laugh? What’s so funny?”
-“No it’s all very logical. It is… look… you can do like a cross-mutation and say trying to relieve the pain of being through language and” (hitting with his hand on the table) “there we have religion. You can also say trying to express the pain of being through action and” (hitting that table again) “there we have crime. I don’t fancy a career in either crime nor religion so here I am.”
“Sounds very self-confident, mr. K. Just one advice.”
-“What’s that?”
“Don’t scratch your bald spot.”
